Ever wanted to have fuller luscious lips but are afraid of needles? Ever wanted to enhance your features, make your facial fine lines appear more subtle and have the appearance of rejuvenation without having to resort to injecting fillers in order to achieve this result?
Introducing the incredible needle-free Princess Pen which inserts Dermal Filler into those problem areas with no needle, no pain, no downtime and no risks associated with traditional injectable Dermal Fillers.
Many people have are needle phobic, don't like the pain associated with traditionally injected fillers and the trauma of making needle marks in the skin/lips.
This doesn't mean that they don't want to enhance their lip or minimise the appearance of superficial fine lines and wrinkles.
The popularity of the Princess Pen among clients is primarily due to their benefits, some of which include:
Reduction of age-related volume loss on the face, which causes a drooping appearance
Reduction of nasolabial folds (The folds that form at the side of the nose and run down towards the side of the lips)
Restoration of skin firmness
Improvement of skin texture and appearance
Reduction of wrinkles and fine lines
Enhancement of LIP symmetry
Increased definition of the lips
Adapted from its earlier form as the alternative to an insulin injection for a diabetic, this needle free system is able to trigger using pressure (via a shot) dermal filler at such velocity into the Epidermal layers where it is able to spread and fill the area treated.
A traditional Dermal Filler is used which is soft and pliable (also known as a non-permanent filler) and will last for up to 8 months.
This course is offered to Salons and Therapists who wish to expand their range of aesthetic treatments. As a student you do not have to be a Doctor or a Nurse to perform this treatment.
The Princess Pen comes under 'needle free' Mesotherapy and is therefore insurable by our insurers ABT once the course has been completed.
There are always issues surrounding how the body deals with a foreign body (filler) and this can often vary in terms of how long a filler lasts once inserted (the same with an injectable). It lasts up to 10 months but can depend on many factors such as lifestyle, how many other treatments you receive to the area and how much filler you have received.
There is little or no downtime as the Princess Pen does not cause as much trauma to an area as traditional injectables. It is pain-free, can be administered at any time and your client can go back to work straight after. Results can last up to 8 months. There is no risk of injecting into a blood vessel, blindness or paralysis with this method of Mesotherapy.
The pre-requisites are a basic Professional Facial course and an NVQ level 3 in Electrolysis. Although there are no pre-requisites to attending this course, check with your insurer as to the criteria required for their cover.
